MANILA - Former Senator Francisco Tatad, one of four petitioners who questioned presidential aspirant and Senator Grace Poe's citizenship and residency qualifications, wants the Supreme Court (SC) to take action on a paid television advertisement for the senator which, he claims, "is intended to sway the [SC] into ruling in favor of [her] cases."
